Getting Your Dinan BMW Repaired

To obtain service under Dinan's warranty program, the vehicle must be brought, upon discovery of a defect in materials and/or workmanship to any Authorized Dinan BMW Performance Center during normal business hours. If at all possible, you are encouraged to return to the Authorized Dinan BMW Performance Center that originally sold and installed the products. A list of currently Authorized Dinan BMW Peformance Centers can be found in the "Dealers" section.

The Authorized Dinan BMW Performance Center will, without charge for parts or labor, repair or replace any defective Dinan and/or affected original vehicle manufacturer's components as specified in Dinan's Warranty Statement. Dinan's Technical Support Department will assist the Authorized Center in every way possible to ensure that your vehicle is performing properly and is returned to you in as timely a manner as is possible. Naturally, a reasonable period of time must be allowed for warranty repairs to be completed after the vehicle has been received by the Center.

Whenever a return to the installing or other Authorized Center is indicated, be sure to bring copies of all related invoices in order to confirm eligibilitly under the Dinan Warranty.

In some cases, Dinan may elect to contact the Authorized Center in advance of receiving your vehicle in order to streamline the process based upon the specifics of your concern. Dinan's objective is to ensure that your experience with any necessary repair is straightforward and presents minimal inconvenience.
