HOW DOES THE CORE EXCHANGE PROCESS WORK?
All items that are sold on an exchange basis, requiring the return of a core item and subsequent refund of the published core deposit to the dealer/customer, are subject to the following conditions:
- The returned core must be free of physical damage or abuse and must be in a condition that enables Dinan to use the returned core for modification and subsequent sale. All core returns are subject to acceptance by Dinan after inspection. Core items must be of the same type and for the same application as the product ordered.
- The returned core must be shipped directly to Dinan at the address at the bottom of the page with the supplied RMA number from Tech Support clearly labelled on the outside of the box.
- Dinan must receive the core within 30 days of shipment to the dealer/customer in order to be eligible for a refund of the core deposit. Cores that are not received within 30 days will be immediately replaced so that the product is available to other customers.
Any returned core item that does not meet the above criteria will be returned to the dealer/customer. The dealer/customer will be immediately notified in the event that a core is rejected for any of the above stated reasons.
