Be aware that you will need to have your new portal login information in order to access the B2B portal. If you do not have this information please reach out to your internal Dinan account rep at 1-800-341-5480 or the re-seller service team at 1-800-638-0032 and they can assist in supplying you with those credentials.
For long time dealers you will notice that interface and functionality has changed. While we continually work to improve the revised B2B portal, there are some legacy features that are not currently available. If you have any specific features you wish to be implemented please let your account rep know and we will attempt to work them into the new portal where it is feasible.

Be aware that you will need to have obtained a ticket number from the technical support team prior to warranty claim submission. Any claims without an associated ticket number will not be processed as the work would be considered unauthorized.
